My mom purchased a watch for my dad a while back from Pfaff Jewelers. Unfortunately, my dad passed away a week ago, and I inherited some of his watches. Dad had a citizens watch and the band was broken and the watch didn’t work. I brought the watch in and Pfaff Jewelers was able to fix the watch and get a new battery in it. In such a quick amount of time. I then walked out, tried the watch on for the first time and realized it was just a bit too large. I walked back in and asked if they could take a link out. Just a moment went by and I was handed the watch back and it fit amazing. The owner said that this was on her and didn’t charge for it! I went outside, sat in my truck staring at my dearly missed father’s watch on my wrist and cried. I was so genuinely happy and the fact that she didn’t charge was amazing. So simple yet so nice! I will forever go to Pfaff for all of my future needed fixes and jewelry purchases!! I would give a 10 out of 10 but can only give a 5 out of 5!! Such an amazing owner and store!
